it would make the experience go from good to great.… Whether it's someone on the housekeeping staff or just someone you pass when walking through the resort, you're sure to get a smile and a 'Hello.' I would be glad to stay in this tower again and I hope there are plans to refurbish the room. My favorite part of Turning Stone is the consistently superior customer service from EVERYONE on the staff. The shower was very good excellent pressure. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, when we checked in. The pop-up drain wouldn't stay closed (which is a problem, if you wear contact lenses) and the toilet tissue holder kept falling off the wall (no set screw). It appeared that the furnishings and decor were dated and a bit worn. The sizes of the room and the bathroom were pretty good. Check-in was fast and easy (I really like their App that lets you check in via smartphone, first thing in the morning) and, when I arrived, I had my key card in seconds. I've stayed at Turning Stone, several times, but this was my first stay at The Hotel tower.
